What compact privilege is
A multistate license from your primary state of residence carries compact privilege — the authority to practice in other compact states without licensing separately in each. It only exists between states that are live in the Nurse Licensure Compact.
Practicing in Wyoming on privilege
Because Wyoming participates, an active multistate license lets you work in Wyoming — common for travel nurses and telehealth. Privilege follows the patient’s location and your home-state license staying active and multistate.
The law that governs this in Wyoming
Working in Wyoming on another state’s license is practice in Wyoming, so it is Wyoming’s own nurse practice act that defines what you may do and the Wyoming State Board of Nursing that applies it. That act is W.S. ch. 33-21 (Wyoming Nurse Practice Act); board licensing authority at W.S. 33-21-122.
The compact itself is separate law. Wyoming adopted it at W.S. §§ 33-21-201 to 33-21-202 (Nurse Licensure Compact), which is what allows a multistate license issued elsewhere to reach Wyoming at all — the practice act still decides what you may do once it does.
Read from Wyoming’s own compiled Title 33. § 33-21-201 is the short title — "This article shall be known and may be cited as the 'Nurse Licensure Compact.'" — and § 33-21-202 approves and ratifies it, with the compact text itself inside that section. Those are the only 33-21-2xx sections in the title, so the article is those two. The enacted text also settles which compact this is without guessing: it carries the supersession clause deeming party states to have withdrawn from the prior Nurse Licensure Compact, which is the ENHANCED compact’s language.

Where a Wyoming multistate license reaches
If your Wyoming license is multistate — not every Wyoming license is — it carries privilege into these 39 jurisdictions, because each one currently issues and honours multistate licenses. It reaches nowhere else, and a non-compact state needs its own license by endorsement.
Two conditions sit underneath this list and neither is visible on it. Your primary state of residence must actually be Wyoming — privilege follows residence, not where the license was issued. And the license itself must be multistate rather than single-state, which is a fact about your record that only verification can settle.
