Could an Oklahoma RN license be multistate?
Only if it was issued or upgraded on or after January 19, 2018 — the day the Oklahoma Board of Nursing began issuing multistate licenses to Oklahoma residents. A license granted before that date was single-state at the time, and it does not become multistate by age or renewal alone. A nurse licensed here for twenty years who has never upgraded will still verify as single-state.

RN vs LPN/LVN vs APRN
The compact treats RN and LPN/practical-nurse licenses the same way. APRN roles are different — the compact does not cover them, so APRN authority is handled state by state even when your RN license is multistate.
